By using FQRB (Free QR Code Builder), you agree to these terms. FQRB is a free community service provided "as is," designed to make QR code generation accessible to everyone without barriers, fees, or hidden costs.

No Responsibility

We provide the tool, but you control the content. We are NOT responsible for:

How you use the generated QR codes
The content or destination URLs
Legal issues arising from your codes
Damages resulting from usage
Accuracy or reliability of scans

Acceptable Use

  • Use for lawful purposes only
  • No malicious or illegal content
  • No spam, phishing, or fraud
  • No reverse engineering
  • Comply with all local laws

Your Responsibility

  • You retain rights to your URLs
  • You must own uploaded logos/images
  • You must test codes before printing
  • You are responsible for consequences
  • The legality of encoded content

Warranties & Liability

FQRB is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify FQRB, CRUL.DEV, and its creators from any claims arising from your violation of these terms.

Service Availability

As a free community service, FQRB may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Always keep backups of your data.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
